Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup in Dayton, Ohio. If you're in the area, you can select this option at checkout and pick up your order directly from us.

Shipping

For customers outside of Dayton, we offer nationwide shipping. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Processing Time: Since all of our candles are hand-poured, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare and package your order.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your Wild Orchid candles! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at [wildorchidcc@gmail.com] with your order number and photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
